Welcome to Serra!
When you visit Serra, you will discover a challenging high school with friendly students, teachers and administrators. The Padre brotherhood is unmistakable. It is easy to meet new friends with similar interests from various backgrounds.
When deciding if a student is a good match for Serra High School, we look at grades, teacher recommendations, standardized test scores and the entrance examination. Ultimately, we look for well-rounded students who will play an active role in creating a positive and meaningful educational experience as a member of the Serra community. Serra admits students of all races, color and national and/or ethnic origin.
From early September through mid-February, interested eighth graders can spend a day on campus by participating in our Shadow Program. Each eighth grader spends the day with a Serra freshman, attending classes and meeting other Padres. Students who participate in Serra’ s Shadow Program often say the experience helped them to realize that Serra was their top choice.
Serra offers CYO transportation bus service from the north county. We also offer shuttle service from the east bay. Click here for transportation options.
