Welcome to the Fathers' Club
Rebuilding Together
Thanks for all your help!

Dear Padre Fathers,
Don't miss out on the fun activites you can get involved in at Serra by joining the Fathers' Club. It's a great opportunity to support your sons during their four years of high school, while enjoying time with other Padre dads, too!

Fathers' Club Mission
The mission of the Serra Fathers' Club is to enhance the academic, social and spiritual lives of our sons during their time at Junipero Serra High School. In support of the overall school mission, we provide a vital link between fathers, the school and the community. Our organization sets a positive example for our sons while creating opportunities for fathers to:
- Actively support the school community through various forms of service;
- Strengthen relationships with their sons through fun and meaningful activities that serve the school and community;
- Develop a sense of community and fellowship among Serra High School fathers. Club meetings are usually held the second Tuesday of the month.
Fathers' Club Meetings
Fathers' Club meetings are usually held the second Tuesday of the month at 6:30pm in the school library. If you are not yet on our distribution list, please email butch@winters.org. Drop by and see wha the Fathers' Club is all about!

More of the Great Ways the Fathers' Club Supports Serra:
Faculty Dinners
When Serra teachers are called on to work late nights in service to our school community (Back to School Nights, Parent Teacher Conferences, and Open House), the Fathers' Club is there to support them. A well-fed teacher is a happy teacher! We take pride in preparing and serving gourmet meals for our hard-working teachers and faculty on these special occasions. It's a great way to show our appreciation for their commitment and dedication to Serra High School. Plus, it's a lot of fun! So whether you are an experienced gourmet chef or can barely butter your toast, the Fathers' Club invites you to join us!
Rebuilding Together
One of the many ways the Fathers' Club demonstrates Serra's commitment to Christian charity is by participating in Rebuilding Together, a San Mateo County program that helps low-income families in need of general housing repairs. Serra is paired with a corporate sponsor and assigned a needy family in the community whose house could use some sprucing up. Painting, fence repair, yard clean-up... no task is too big or too small! Plus, it's a great way for Fathers' Club members to spend time with their sons on a worthy cause. Whether you're a skilled craftsman by trade or find operating a push broom challenging, you are invited to help! The "Rebuidling Together" project typically occurs in April.
