GENERAL NEWS
Seniors, The Annual Tri-School Senior Night at AT&T Park is Friday, September 12th vs the Dodgers.  Tickets are $25 each which includes transportation to and from the park. Tickets will go on sale today to the first 45 seniors. See Mr. Landeros or Mr. Lo for more information in the Activities Office.

Seniors, if you have not already taken your senior portrait, you must call Prestige Portraits today to book your now overdue appointment! Please see or email Ms. Schroeder if you have any questions.

Freshmen and sophomores, join Mercy and Notre Dame freshmen tomorrow night for "Hawaii Ninth-O" from 7:30-9:30pm at Notre Dame!  This dance is open to any freshman or sophomore Padre. Tickets are $10 each.  Purchase tickets through your Mercy and Notre Dame freshman friends or online at www.ndhsb.org.

Fill your spring break with fun and adventure by traveling with Mme Dowden and Seniorita Talavera to France and Spain! Come to an informational meeting on Thursday, September 3rd at 6:30pm in room 214 or see the teachers for more details.  

San Francisco International Airport is conducting a full-scale Emergency Exercise on Wednesday, September 24th from 9am to 12:30pm simulating an airplane crash. CERT volunteers and members of the community at large are invited to participate. You must be 16 or older and will be required to sign a waiver form. To register contact Maria Cruz at Maria.Cruz@flysfo.com, before Friday, September 12th.

ATHLETIC NEWS
All Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who played summer basketball for the Junior Varsity or Varsity Teams, need to meet Coaches Dugoni and Carson in room 112 at 2:30pm today for a short meeting.

All Freshmen Football players; remember to submit your forms online prior to tryouts tomorrow!

CAMPUS MINISTRY NEWS
If you are interested in getting involved with Praise Band, altar serving, or liturgy planning, please see Mr. Vallez-Kelly in Campus Ministry today!

CLUB NEWS
The French Club will meet tomorrow during break between 2nd and 3rd in room 214. All students are welcome to join.

Anyone interested in joining the Mock Trial Team, please come to an informational meeting in the Green Room (near the ARC), at 6pm tonight. Returning Team members should also plan to attend this meeting. Experience a courtroom setting, exchanging ideas, and working as part of team to develop public speaking and persuasive skills, and your self-confidence while having fun!  If you can't make the meeting but are still interested in joining, please see Mrs. Lowenstein in the English Department. (Room 201).

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
Start early on your 20 hours of Service, and sign up to work at the Belmont Greek Festival, Labor Day Weekend (August 30th - September 1st).  See Ms. Schroeder in Campus Ministry to sign up and receive your admission ticket.
