Max Murphy and Matt Pritchett named Water Polo All Americans!

McLeod & Mills Selected to Play in

2010 Adidas National Classic

Serra Juniors Connor McLeod and Alex Mills have been named Adidas All-Americans and have been selected to represent Northern California in the 2010 Adidas National Lacrosse Classic to be held in Germantown, Maryland July 5-8, 2010.

The Adidas National Lacrosse Classic brings the top 500 high school underclassmen lacrosse players in the country to one venue, where 20 regional teams will compete to become the 2010 USA Champion and earn the chance to compete for an International Championship against Canada.

Murphy & Pritchett All Americans

Serra Aquatics Coach Bob Greene announced today that junior Max Murphy and senior goalie Matt Pritchett have been named Water Polo All Americans by the National Interscholastic Swimming Coaches Association. Murphy was named to the fourth team and Pritchett named a fifth team member. The all american list is made up of the top 110 water polo players in the country. "This is a credit to our program and all the hard work Matt, Max and their teammates have put in the pool," stated Coach Greene.

Pritchett will take his game to Santa Clara University on a water polo scholarship next year. Murphy, a junior, will return and wear the Padre blue and gold.
