Summer at Serra Registration Officially Open

Registration is officially open for Summer at Serra -- and there are many new camps for boys and girls ages 3 to 18 to take advantage of this summer!
Families can register now for Serra Swim School, Serra Children's Sports and Recreation Camp, Serra Summer School, Murphy Music Camps, Tri-School Theater Camp, Padre Rowing Camp and Next Level Padded Football Camp, Peninsula Wrestling Clinics. Each program has been carefully reimagined to ensure a high quality, in-person experience while offering a safe and supportive environment with COVID-smart protocols approved by the San Mateo County Health Department.
Under the guidance of a dedicated and fully certified staff, Serra Swim School is offering small group and private lessons in two-week sessions at Serra's beautiful, sunbathed aquatics facility.
The Children's Sports and Recreation Camp, a Serra staple of summer fun for more than 50 years, is offering all-day sessions for youngsters entering grades one through seven.
This year's academic summer school includes the Freshman Bridge Program, which is designed especially for incoming Serra freshmen who can benefit from a review/preview in English, math, and science. Geometry for Advancement and Honors Geometry for Advancement also are offered along with high school courses in English, math, science, and Spanish devised for remediation
New to Serra at Summer this year is Murphy Music Camps! Spearheaded by Serra Music Director Joe Murphy and wife Sara, these camps offer a truly unique, one-of-a-kind enrichment program for music enthusiasts of all ages! This line up of camps cannot be found anywhere else on the Peninsula. Murphy Music Camps has a diverse line up consisting of a Digital Music/Video Camp, a Band Camp, an Orchestra Camp and the Voice Box Choir Boot Camp.The Murphy Music Camp mission is to provide local students with engaging, unique and diverse musical experiences. Murphy Music Camps has a wonderfully dynamic, friendly and professional musical staff who strive to offer quality instruction while maintaining a fun and energetic environment. Students learn practical skills that they can use in music and beyond.
The Serra Musical Theater Conservatory is open to students ages 12-18. Aspiring singers, dancers, actors and stage crafters will hone their skills under the direction of Tri-School Productions' staff of professionals. Tri-School Productions is the renowned theatre company of Serra, Mercy and Notre Dame High Schools. Your mornings will be filled with workshops in acting, dance, singing and technical theatre. Afternoons will find you rehearsing for a major musical production.
Padres Aquatics Club offers water polo for middle and high schoolers in two programs. Lost Coast Volleyball Camps offer volleyball athletes and opportunity to better their skills and learn more about the sport!
Padre Rowing Camp has three one-week camps scheduled in July. The camps provide an introduction to competitive high school sweep rowing for prospective student-athletes with little or no experience in the sport. Padre Rowing Camp is located at the Bair Island Aquatic Center in Redwood City.
Peninsula Wrestling Clinics use a game-centered approach to introduce the sport of wrestling to boys and girls ages 5 to 12. One-week sessions are scheduled during the month of June.
