Anthony Hartnett said that he is grateful to his teachers at Serra for all the lessons he learned.
“Each teacher has taught me something that I will be able to use for the rest of my life,” he said. “Although I may not agree or enjoy doing some of the work, the work ethic each teacher expected from me has caused me to adapt and become better in many different ways.”
Anthony played football all four years at Serra and was on the wrestling team as a freshman and sophomore.
He said he will always remember the friends he made at Serra and the lessons he learned through those relationships.
“My friends have shown me that you don’t need to have the same blood to be family. I know no matter what, that my friends will have my back and I can count on them as I have at times throughout high school,” he said.
All the best to you, Anthony, in your future! Congratulations on graduation!
