Eric Scheel

Eric Scheel’s greatest accomplishment to date is becoming an Eagle Scout. “It is something I spent over six years working toward and I will take the skills and memories with me forever.”

Eric was equally as accomplished at Serra and ran cross country for all four years, track and field freshman year and lacrosse sophomore year. He is a member of the National Honor Society and a lifetime member of the California Scholarship Federation.

While he is undecided at this time as to where he will study in the fall, he hopes to study finance.

His favorite teacher at Serra is Mr. Pineda. “He always made sure his students were up to date on what we were learning and willing to spend time outside of class helping you,” Eric said. “I also liked watching movies such as "Under the Same Moon" three years in a row in Spanish with English subtitles.” He also said that Homecoming Week is his favorite Serra tradition.

To his supportive parents, Eric said, “Mom and Dad, thank you for making the sacrifice to send me to Serra and always being there for me.”

All of the best in your bright future, Eric! Congratulations!
