Jarred Quilter

It’s off to Arizona State University this fall for Jarred Quilter, who hopes to study business and sports administration.

A focused student who is proud to have made the honor roll every semester at Serra, Jarred also played football and ran track and field his sophomore, junior and senior years.

Jarred said he will never forget the many Serra Jungle Games and that his favorite all-time high school memory was his senior year football season, a wild ride to the state championships.

“Serra taught me important life lessons and my coaches, teammates, classmates, and teachers shaped me into the man I am today,” Jarred said.

Mr. Monney is one teacher who Jarred said played a role in his high school studies.

“He helped me become a better student and build better study habits.”

In 10 years, he hopes to “have a successful career and a nice family.”

In the meantime, he is thankful to his family for the encouragement along the way.

"Thank you for all the time and energy you put into me and my future.”

Congratulations, Jarred! Best of luck at ASU!
