National Honor Society Inducts 61 New Members
Junípero Serra High School’s National Honor Society inducted 61 new members in a formal ceremony in the Serra Chapel on December 12. These 61 juniors join our 74 seniors in the Excelsior Chapter of the National Honor Society. The Executive Board consisting of Rocco Forte, Evan Carillo, Gavin Wang, Daniel Ordonez, Dean Aquino, Robert Santos, Justin Estevez, and Jake Torres did an outstanding job in the student-led Induction Ceremony.
Serra President Barry Thornton, Ed.D., and Serra Principal Charlie McGrath welcomed inductees and parents at a reception. Serra musicians Andre DArcangelis, Henry Eaton, Tyrell Morales, and James Urrutia played beautiful music at the reception.
