Greg Regan '91, Chair
Greg is a partner-in-charge of Hemming Morse’s Forensic and Financial Consulting Services Group, bringing extensive expertise in finance and forensic analysis. He has testified in federal and state courts and arbitrations on various forensic matters, including accounting investigations, lost profit calculations, and shareholder disputes. Greg also consults on data analysis related to public disclosures and regulatory compliance. He has held multiple leadership roles with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), including serving on its Forensic and Valuation Services Executive Committee since 2013. Additionally, he teaches forensic accounting to graduate students as an adjunct professor at Golden Gate University.

Dr. Jason Coloma, Vice Chair
Dr. Jason Coloma is the CEO of Maze Therapeutics. Before his appointment to CEO, he was Maze's interim chief operating officer and a venture partner at Third Rock Ventures, where he was instrumental in the founding and launch of the company. Jason holds a Ph.D. and M.P.H. at the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a B.S. in biology from the University of San Francisco. Jason will lead the Board effort to explore how diversity, equity and inclusion efforts can respond deeply to Serra's faith mission.

Megan Armando
Megan is the principal of St. Charles Catholic School in San Carlos. She has been working as a teacher and administrator in San Mateo County Catholic elementary schools for 17 years. Megan serves on the Enrollment Management Committee.

Jon Cannon
Jon is a seasoned real estate advisor with a long-standing track record in partnering with emerging technology companies and professional service firms cross the Bay Area. He currently serves as executive managing director of Newmark. Since joining Newmark in 2007 at its Palo Alto office, Jon has honed his expertise in developing and implementing strategic real estate solutions that align with clients’ dynamic business needs. Jon has two sons currently attending Serra, Jace ‘27 and Jax ‘28.

Eric Dooley ‘02
Eric is the quality director at Veniti Inc., a medical device company in Fremont that was acquired by Boston Scientific in 2018. Veniti manufactures a stent system for venous obstructive disease. Eric earned his bachelor of science degree in biomedical engineering from Duke University. Eric serves on the Advancement Committee.

Ronnie Fields '86
Ronnie is an IT Specialist with over 20 years of experience, currently managing Colleague Support at VMware. He has worked in higher education at Stanford University and in the tech industry, with expertise in system administration, end-user support, VoIP management, and network administration. Ronnie holds a BS in Management Information Systems from San Jose State University and an MA in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Ralph Ho ‘89
Ralph is an investor and advisor to many early stage technology companies in the Bay Area. He has spent his career working in investment management, hedge funds and start-ups including Paypal, Clarium Capital, and Sequoia Capital Global Equities. Ralph serves on the Finance Committee.

Roxanne Ivory
Roxanne is a brand strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience working for companies including Apple, Motorola, Limelight Networks, PointCast, and Inktomi. She is currently the head of brand strategy for WHM Creative, a digital agency based in Oakland. Roxanne chaired the Parent Consultative Board at St. Matthew Catholic School and serves as the incoming president for the peninsula chapter of the Young Men’s Service League. Roxanne is the chair of the Enrollment Management Committee.

Hanna Malak '08
Hanna has over a decade of experience with the American Red Cross and is currently the Regional CEO for Northern California. He specializes in business development, strategic planning, and recruitment, focusing on mission-driven initiatives. Hanna holds a BS in Business Management from Menlo College and an MBA from Notre Dame de Namur. He has also served on the Board of Okizu since 2012, supporting families affected by childhood cancer.

Geoffrey Richardson
Geoffrey is the senior vice president in charge of worldwide commercial activities for ExxonMobil’s energy transition division. Prior to that, he spent a decade as the chief financial officer for Cruise, Lilium, and Kinestral. Before becoming a CFO, Geoffrey spent a decade in various investment banking positions for Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He started his career as a lawyer for Shearman & Sterling prior to joining banking. Geoffrey has a JD from Tulane University and a BA from George Washington University. Geoffrey's son, Will ‘26, is a current Serra student.

Shannon Seeberan
Shannon is a seasoned operational leader with a diverse background in business development, entrepreneurship and emerging start-ups. She is the co-founder at CloudMedSpas, a comprehensive platform delivering end-to-end solutions for the medical aesthetics sector. In addition to her leadership role, Shannon contributes her expertise as a business consultant for The Acceleration Project—supporting under-resourced small business owners—and as an undergraduate advisor for students at The University of Wisconsin–Madison, her alma mater. Shannon has two sons, Quinn ‘25 and Grayson ‘28.

Aida Soto
Aida is a chartered financial analyst who spent her career managing and investing commercial mortgage assets and securities at Prudential and leading mergers and acquisitions and strategic investments at Charles Schwab. Aida is on the Board of Trustees at the Woodland School in Portola Valley. She is on the board of the Common Ground Speaker Series and served as the finance chair of the Toigo Alumni Endowment Board. Aida serves on the Advancement Committee.

Monsignor John Talesfore
Monsignor Talesfore is a fifth-generation native of San Francisco. He was ordained as a priest for the Archdiocese of San Francisco in 1989 and later earned a graduate degree from the Pontifical Liturgical Institute in Rome. Monsignor Talesfore served as director of the office of worship for the Archdiocese of San Francisco and the pastor and rector of Saint Mary’s Cathedral of San Francisco. He was also an adjunct faculty member at Saint Patrick’s Seminary and University, Menlo Park. Monsignor Talesfore is the pastor of Saint Matthew’s Catholic Church in San Mateo. Monsignor Talesfore serves on the Buildings and Grounds Committee.
